Project Centre, NSL’s award-winning technical design consultancy, has opened a new office on London’s Chancery Lane. It has also made recent key appointments to strengthen its management team in order to service recent growth.
The changes come following a successful year for Project Centre, with a raft of contract wins.
New framework agreements have also been awarded, including Brighton & Hove, and Islington Council, which is now in its third generation with Project Centre. The London Boroughs of Richmond-upon-Thames, and Greenwich, have also signed up to the Ealing Framework Access Agreement.
Keith Hanshaw joins Project Centre as Regional Director for East London and the north of the country. He brings with him considerable local government experience, having previously worked at Waltham Forest Council where he served as Director of Public Realm responsible for 250 colleagues across service delivery and strategic activity. Keith will be based in Chancery Lane.
Kevin Donnelly will serve as Regional Director for West London and the south of the country, which also covers Project Centre’s Brighton office. Kevin will continue to be based at the consultancy’s west London office. The strengthened management structure will enable Kevin to focus on service delivery to Project Centre’s existing and new clients in his region, whilst also supporting the growth of other regions.
Paul Chandler has also recently been appointed Technical Director for Transportation. Paul’s remit will include the mini-Holland cycle scheme in Waltham Forest. Paul’s expertise covers both public and private sector, including Oxfordshire and Brent councils.
Mark Raisbeck, Project Centre Executive Director, said: “It’s an exciting time for Project Centre, which continues to excel in delivering its traffic design and engineering expertise to an increasing list of key projects. We have, in all three key roles, a considerable wealth of expertise and skills. Kevin and Keith will also lead their regional teams to ongoing growth and demonstrations of excellence.”
