NSL Care Services, our specialist patient transport division, provide qualified well-trained people to deliver passenger transport and patient transfers to the NHS, local authorities and the private sector.
All NSL Care Services staff come with enhanced CRB checks and high-level, specialist training including emergency life support, first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, oxygen therapy, customer service and inter-personal skills, and patient assistance techniques. As a people business we continually develop our staff, so that they demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, whether dealing with members of the public, patients and their families, or clients.
Our extensive experience in the delivery of complex services in highly-regulated environments has developed and evolved over many years, enabling us to flexibly meet your needs with a solution that really works. Our extensive fleet of vehicles, that include high dependency, bariatric and wheelchair modified ambulances, are configured to meet the needs of both hospital and patient
NSL operational expertise is also second to none - our growing fleet of minibuses, buses and coaches transport millions of people annually, safely and comfortably.
Our fleet management logistics enable us to deliver these services in a cost-effective and timely manner to a range of different clients.
NSL Care Services will provide specially adapted vehicles catering for all patients' requirements, including mental health patients, wheelchair users, stretcher patients and those who can manage their own mobility. Our specialist bariatric transfer vehicles, with bariatric self propelled wheelchairs, hoists and slides and stretcher capacity up to 476kg (75 stone), ensure that patients can be transferred safely and with dignity.
