Our passenger transport services help keep people moving. We manage passenger transportation for a variety of clients including fleets of coaches for transporting passengers and crew at Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Our care services division, operating under the name Patient First, provides patient transfer services primarily to the NHS. We also operate park and ride sites in Oxford and Durham.
Airports are some of the most tightly-controlled environments in the world, and our expertise and industry-leading skills in compliance help a variety of airport operations run smoothly and securely. Heathrow Airport is the busiest international airport in the world. Every day it flies tens of thousands of people around the world - and NSL helps thousands of them around the airport. Our sophisticated passenger transport services are designed to work in complex, highly-regulated environments like this and at Heathrow we work hard to help keep the airport moving.
We've provided baggage hall standards officers at Heathrow and pioneered the use of Forecourt Attendants to manage congestion around the terminal drop-off and pick-up zones.
Vehicle emissions are becoming more and more a focus of environmental compliance standards, so our passenger and airside coach fleets are fitted with EEV advanced-emissions standard engines. We were the first company in Europe to implement these engines in airport services, and they have lower emissions than even LPG.
NSL provides more than vehicles for airport transport solutions - our staff provide flight connections hosting services, including customer service and assistance for international transfer passengers moving between all terminals of Heathrow airport.
