When delivering Professional Services to local government, partnership working is critical and at Project Centre, part of NSL Ltd, this is central to everything they do. Project Centre are therefore delighted to have been awarded a Single Provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Professional Engineering Services, which is a testimony to the client focussed delivery over the previous eight years, and focus on innovation and value engineering.
Project Centre have a long history of working with Waltham Forest Council having helped secure funding and design and deliver schemes for the Enjoy Waltham Forest programme and, before that, consulting on transport infrastructure in preparation for the 2012 Olympics. Landmark schemes include the award winning Walthamstow High Street completed on 2015 and Lea Bridge Road scheme which is currently under construction.
Project Centre’s new Regional Director, Scott Lester, will lead on Framework delivery and will use his vast experience in ensuring that Project Centre deliver value for money and added value throughout the life of the framework. The contract scope includes professional engineering services to meet the ordinary requirements of a local authority for traffic and transportation, transport and development planning, Environment enhancements (public realm) and sustainability, highways management and design and consultancy advice and support
The Framework contract is will run for four years and will be delivered using a combination of co-located staff and additional support from Project Centre’s new head offices based near London St Pancras.
