NSL appoint New Chief Operating Officer

NSL, one of the UK’s leading outsource service providers, has appointed Steve Boughton to the new role of Chief Operating Officer.

Steve previously enjoyed seven years at the international defence and security group QinetiQ, where he served as the Managing Director of QinetiQ’s technical advisory business.
