NSL has been appointed by the London Borough of Hounslow to run its community safety CCTV operation.

The company - which is the country's biggest supplier of on street parking management  - also provides a number of other services to local authorities, including community safety CCTV monitoring.

NSL currently runs community safety CCTV for three other London boroughs.

Emma Collins, NSL regional manager, commented; “We pride ourselves on providing highly-skilled, well trained people to deliver complex services -  and community safety CCTV monitoring requires a high level of expertise.

“I am delighted that Hounslow have put their faith in NSL - we think we will be able to make a significant contribution to improved community safety, and a reduction in crime and anti-social behaviour, through this operation.”

Cllr Peter Thompson, leader of the council, commented: “We're very excited by this project - bringing together police and council cameras for the first time. I hope it will make a huge difference to our residents and the police, and I'm looking forward to working with NSL to make Hounslow a safer borough for everyone.”

In addition to on street parking management, NSL runs passenger transport operations including  airport coaches, street design consultancy and business process outsourced services for around 60 local authorities and two national Government departments.
