After winning the British Parking Association's Individual of the Year award at this year's Civil Enforcement Awards, Roger Woodward announced that he would join Project Centre as head of parking.

Roger joins the Project Centre from East Sussex County Council where he was head of parking. Previously, Roger was assistant director of parking and technical services at the London Borough of Croydon and for a number of years helped organisations in South Africa in the development and management of parking schemes. In 2003, Roger was awarded Parking Manager of the Year at the British Parking Awards.

Roger will take charge of Project Centre's parking and traffic order teams which have expanded to deal with their increasing workload. Project Centre recently announced that they will be helping the Abu Dhabi Airport Company plan and manage their future parking demand.

It is my intention to develop our parking consultancy and traffic order business and work closely to support my colleagues in NCP Services and their clients.'
