NSL has teamed up with Edenred, the rewards specialist, to provide its staff with a huge selection of savings and special offers on everyday things, such as supermarket shopping, electrical goods, music and clothes, right through to travel and holidays, or great days out.

With access via NSL's intranet as well as a dedicated website the scheme, promoted under the banner 'Rewards' , hopes to make it easy for staff to get to the discounts whether they are at home or at work. And a bespoke brochure and helpline ensure anyone without access to the web can still enjoy the benefits.

The new scheme complements existing schemes such as the Values in Action scheme, which rewards staff showing exemplary performance against NSL's Values and Customer Charter, and Employee Support Programme, a confidential 24-hour life management and personal support service.
