More training success for NSL people
NSL's latest group of BTEC students have received their qualifications in team leading.
Thirty students received their Level 2 certificates from Chief Executive Mark Underwood and Enforcement Solutions director Alastair Cooper.
The successful candidates, who came from all parts of NSL's business, take the total of successful BTEC students in NSL to more than 200.
Head of Learning and Development Barry Hopley commented: "202 colleagues have successfully completed the Btec programme, which I am absolutely delighted by. As an Investor in People we are totally committed to helping our people develop and the figures speak for themselves. Just over 25% of the colleagues attending the programme have subsequently been promoted. This has supported the ongoing growth of the business and provided a pipeline of talent. The programme continues to identify our new leaders of the future."
Training vital to improving client services
Barry added that ongoing on-the-job training such as BTEC qualifications, were vital to enable NSL to continue to improve the services it delivers to clients.
"We provide well-trained, professional people to deliver complex services - training such as the BTEC qualification enables us to make sure we continue to deliver quality."
