Heathrow's giant Terminal 5 received its first passengers this month and NCP Services was at the very heart of preparations for the big day.

The integrated transport service company's airports facilities and transfer business is employing a total of 158 colleagues at the terminal, which received its first flight on March 27.
They will be working as bus drivers providing air-side transfers, for up to 25,000 passengers daily, connecting them between all terminals at Heathrow, including Terminal 5.

We also provide Baggage Hall Standards Officers, responsible for compliance enforcement within these areas and flight connections hosts to assist passengers with their onward travel.
So when the first flight, a BA service from Hong Kong, touches down, it will be arriving at a terminal which has NCP Services personnel at the very heart of its operations.

The company's role at Terminal 5 is the latest success for Interline, which has become one of the fastest growing parts of the NCP Services family of businesses.
