New Head of HR for outsourcing specialist


Kelly Alderson has joined leading outsource service provider NSL as Head of Human Resources. Formerly regional Head of HR for Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services. Kelly Alderson has over 15 years of experience in human resource management having worked across a wide range of industries including facilities management, manufacturing, transport and retailing.

Professionally qualified according to the standards of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Kelly Alderson also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies and Human Resources from The University of Salford and a post graduate certificate in Employment Law in Practice from Northumbria University. She will now be using her experience in employee engagement and applying the principles of business partnering to ensure the full integration of NSL’s HR Division in all operational areas of the organisation.
