Innovation and partnership the key to successful local recruitment

NSL, one of the UK’s leading outsource service providers, is piloting a new recruitment campaign via the Ealing council’s own website – which will see the council receive a new source of revenue through paid advertising. NSL works with 150 clients, serving 20m people across the UK, to help make sure that people in the communities they serve really do benefit from these partnerships. Over 95% of colleagues at NSL come from their local communities, which contributes £140m+ to local economies. NSL also invest in local businesses with over 45% of our supply chain spend coming from small and medium size enterprises in the region. With more pressure facing local authorities in these continuing austere times, NSL are constantly looking at new ways to stimulate investment in local areas. If the Ealing website pilot is successful, NSL will be looking at other campaigns that will further increase investment in Ealing and its communities.
