NSL, one of the country’s leading outsource service providers, has confirmed the appointment of Duncan Tolson as Head of Service for Airports, covering the company’s contracts at Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
Having held a number of senior commercial roles with the British Airports Authority (BAA), Duncan joins NSL with extensive experience of the aviation industry and the delivery of first class customer experience at the UK’s major airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted.
