Task's Debt Recovery Charter mirrors the NSL Customer Charter but importantly adds in the following details:-
- Our Debt Recovery Officers will always identify themselves and carry relevant industry certification, which will be produced if requested
- A copy of any relevant paperwork or warrant will always be shown.
- We are transparent with our fee structure and will only charge fees appropriate under the legal system. We will always issue a receipt
- We will always be mindful of those that fall within vulnerable categories
Importantly we also add responsibility onto the customer
- Our debt recovery staff will not tolerate any threats or intimidation
- To resolve any dispute we expect full supporting evidence to be provided
- A response is needed for all correspondence received from TASK
