Mark Underwood, Chief Executive Mark was appointed Chief Executive in June 2008. He joined from the Geo Group, where he was President of International Services at the outsourced service provider working with prison, detention and numerous government agencies within the UK, South Africa & Australia. He has extensive experience in the management of complex organisations and in the provision of outsourced services to government agencies with a particular focus on the United Kingdom. He was also employed as Managing Director of Reliance Secure Task Management responsible for the provision of outsourced and BPO managed services to major government agencies, including, the Home Office, National Offender Management Service, United Kingdom Border Agency, Criminal Justice, Police Service and the NHS. Mark was also responsible for complex international BPO businesses with operations across Europe and Asia. |

Steve Dolton, Chief Financial Officer Steve joined NSL in September 2008. He has over 20 years of senior financial experience including 2 years in Asia. He has spent the last 13 years in Venture Capital owned businesses including the last 8 years as C.F.O and founder of Azzurri Communications. As a main Board Director, Steve is responsible for all financial matters of the Group including reporting, treasury management, procurement and liaison with the Group's financial backers and advisors. |

Alastair Cooper, Operations Director Alastair joined NSL in 2003 from the Water Industry, where he had worked in both the Public and Private Sector. He is responsible for the operational delivery of the business, including On-Street, DVLA national operation, Airport Services and our operation in Abu Dhabi. |

Graham Williams, Commercial Director Graham joined NSL in September 1999. His remit is to lead the company's tendering processes, ensuring accurate costing for a wide range of public and private sector services and to develop operational proposals that match the policy objectives and service outcomes of the client and customer, allowing NSL to work in partnership with clients to deliver high quality, yet cost efficient services, sustainably. |

Chris Gillespie, Human Resources Director Chris joined NSL in February 2001.He has vast HR experience and knowledge gained from working with directors and senior managers in a broad range of businesses. He is responsible for developing and implementing proactive and best practice human resource policies that complement our strategy for growth and Investor in People accreditation. |

Bruce Gardner, IT Director Joined NSL as IT Director in October 2006. He was previously IT Director in a large hospitality company and has broad IT experience across a number of sectors including retail. Bruce has managed several multi-million pound IT implementation and business change projects and he is responsible for the project management team who implement new contracts for NSL. He has responsibility for identifying new technologies and processes that would benefit the parking sector and NSL clients. |

Tim Cowen, Director of Communications Tim joined NSL in 2004, after a 20 year career in journalism, working for national and regional media. He is responsible for media and public relations, stakeholder engagement, internal and corporate communications, and marketing. His role involves advising and supporting NSL clients on media and public relations. |

Sunil Shah, General Counsel Sunil joined NSL in October 2009. Coming from a background of corporate work in the city, and public procurement work within the private equity sector, Sunil has been involved in all legal aspects of EU public procurement procedures. Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of England and Wales he has responsibility for our legal, insurance, pension and secretarial functions. |

Mark Raisbeck, Managing Director, the Project Centre Mark joined Project Centre as Managing Director in 2007. He has extensive private and public sector experience and is familiar with the political and community relations aspects of major transport and public realm infrastructure projects. |
