Mark Underwood, Chief Executive
Mark was appointed Chief Executive in June 2008. He joined from the Geo Group, where he was President of International Services at the outsourced service provider working with prison, detention and numerous government agencies within the UK, South Africa & Australia. He has over 20 years experience in the outsourcing sector ranging from IT, BPO and specialist service provision to government agencies around the world. He has worked with a wide range of both UK central and local government agencies including the Home Office, United Kingdom Border Agency, Criminal Justice, Police Service and the NHS as well as some of the world’s largest commercial companies. |

Hayden Robinson, Finance Director Hayden joined NSL in September 2011. He has over 15 years of senior financial experience including roles with NAAFI, The Boots Company Plc. and Deloitte LLP. As a main board director Hayden is responsible for all financial matters of the NSL Group including liaison with financial backers and advisors. He also has responsibility for IT and Property. |

Alastair Cooper, Enforcement Solutions Director
Alastair joined NSL in 2003 from the Water Industry where he had held operational roles in both the Public and Private Sectors. He is responsible for the operational service delivery of NSL’s on-street and off-Street operations nationally. He has a wealth of experience in delivering complex outsourced services to the public sector. In July 2011 he was elected to the Council of the British Parking Association. |

Graham Williams, Commercial Director Graham joined NSL in September 1999. His remit is to lead the company's tendering processes, ensuring accurate costing for a wide range of public and private sector services and to develop operational proposals that match the policy objectives and service outcomes of the client and customer, allowing NSL to work in partnership with clients to deliver high quality, yet cost efficient services, sustainably. |

Dale Wood, Business Processing Director Dale joined NSL in April 2011. He has extensive knowledge and experience of outsourcing in the public sector, managing some of the largest outsourced contracts in local government. Originally from Zimbabwe, Dale worked in the leisure sector before gaining a Masters of Business Administration from Warwick Business School. |

Matthew Larkin, Head of Passenger Transport Matt is a seasoned passenger transport professional and heads up NSL Passenger Transport, comprising the Patient First Care Services division operating throughout the UK, and Passenger Transport operations at Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. Experienced in leveraging customer service with competitive and sustainable costs, Matt has been instrumental in building the Passenger Transport division at NSL, and has extensive experience of public and private transport. |

Meirion Gravell, Human Resources Director Meiron joined NSL in August 2011. His previous role was HR Director of Océ UK, part of the worldwide Canon group, which provided outsourcing, hardware and software document management solution for public and private clients. He has 20 years HR leadership experience in roles with Santander, AstraZeneca as well as in outsourcing, education, retail and energy sectors. He is an expert in employee engagement, performance management, organizational effectiveness, TUPE, reward and change management. |

Tim Cowen, Director of Communications Tim joined NSL in 2004, after a 20 year career in journalism, working for national and regional media. He is responsible for media and public relations, stakeholder engagement, internal and corporate communications, and marketing. His role involves advising and supporting NSL clients on media and public relations. |

Sunil Shah, General Counsel Sunil joined NSL in October 2009. Coming from a background of corporate work in the city, and public procurement work within the private equity sector, Sunil has been involved in all legal aspects of EU public procurement procedures. Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of England and Wales he has responsibility for our legal, insurance, pension and secretarial functions. |

Mark Raisbeck, Managing Director, the Project Centre Mark joined Project Centre as Managing Director in 2007. He has extensive private and public sector experience and is familiar with the political and community relations aspects of major transport and public realm infrastructure projects. |
