Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility
NSL employs around 4,500 people across the UK, delivering outsourced services, largely in the transport and related sectors.
The services we deliver affect millions of people within the UK, for example by:
- Improving traffic flow in town and city centres;
- Reducing the environmental impact of traffic in town and city centres;
- Improving road safety;
- Delivering transport services to vulnerable people in the NHS and care services;
- Providing public authorities with cost effective solutions which help to reduce public spending
We’re very proud of the way we do this, but for us, Corporate Social Responsibility means more than just doing our job. Our Corporate Social Responsibility document explains how NSL acts in the following areas
Environmental Policies
Procurement Policies
Health and Safety Policies
Stakeholders and Community Work
Our People
Our Corporate Purpose is
“To inspire people to deliver services, which support our communities and improve the environment”
This may sound like a lot to take on for a company with its roots in parking enforcement. But as NSL has grown and diversified, we have found that our industry-leading position gives us the ability, and the responsibility to improve standards not just at NSL but in the industries we work.
The public profile of our work is high and we accept that with that high profile comes added responsibility.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility document details how we work to improve standards and improve the communities in which we work.
