Grow the core business in the UK
In central government we are looking to grow our market share by a third, retaining and growing our contracts and making the most of our consultancy business. Focuses for growth include: parking and moving traffic enforcement, road user charging, fine processing, licensing and vehicle inspections.
We will support local government find the efficiencies they need by using our considerable expertise in parking enforcement and outsourcing to help councils transition from in-house services. We will also combine this with complementary expertise in debt recovery, environmental enforcement, CCTV, licensing and consultancy, provide a cost effective, end to end service.
In the health sector we are seeking to double our presence in the patient care market, providing a broader range of services.
Diversify the range of services we provide
We already provide services to five UK sectors, covering over 50 areas of expertise. In the future we will be able to offer the UK outsourcing market more through innovative configurations of our expertise.
Specifically this includes a wider variety of services from our debt recovery experts, social transport, identity authentication, enhanced business process management and specialist clinical transport.
Position the business for continued sustainable growth
We are keen to carry on doing what we do well, providing outsourced solutions in regulated environments across the UK. This means developing services that complement our existing expertise and developing new one based on the ideas of our clients, their customers and our teams.
A key part of sustaining growth is investment in account management and collaboration with clients which enhances our ability to maintain long-term relationships.
