James Wilde - Chairman
James Wilde joined the Board in March 2011. He is currently a non-executive Director of Restore Plc. He has previously been non-executive Chairman of several support services and manufacturing businesses, including Deb Group, Zenith Vehicle Contract Group, ATPI, and Allied Glass. He also served on the Board of the Navy Army and Air Force Institutes (NAAFI) for six years. James spent much of his executive career at Securiguard Group Plc, and Rentokil Initial Plc, where he was Chief Executive.
Adam Palser – Chief Executive
Adam Palser is Chief Executive Officer of NSL Limited, one of the UK’s market leaders in transformational services for government and business. By building strategic partnerships with customers and engaging colleagues to deliver ever great value to clients, NSL is seeing strong and sustainable growth across the business. A respected leader, Adam’s focus on strategy, innovation and improving customer outcomes has helped ensure successful delivery of significant high-profile public sector projects for clients including the Department for Transport, the Highways Agency and the Ministry of Defence. Adam spent over a decade at the international defence and security group QinetiQ, where he served as the Group Business Development Director and, prior to that, the Managing Director of QinetiQ’s information and technology business.
Steve Boughton - Chief Operating Officer
Steve Boughton is NSL’s Chief Operating Officer with the task of delivering on operational promises to customers to help drive growth of the UK local and central government business. Steve has an impressive track record in transforming, leading and growing businesses both here and overseas. Steve has particular experience in delivering critical capability for government, strong and sustainable growth in target markets and helping companies to achieve increased value to customers through a foundation of flawless delivery built on strong and robust operational process. Steve’s previous roles include seven years at the international defence and security group QinetiQ, where he served as the Managing Director of QinetiQ’s technical advisory business.
Hayden Robinson - Chief Financial Officer
Hayden was appointed as CFO in September 2011 and leads the Finance, IT, Legal, Payroll, Pensions and Property Teams. A qualified accountant his 20 years in finance includes roles with Deloitte LLP and The Boots Company Ltd. Hayden joined NSL from NAAFI, a provider of catering, cleaning and retail services to the MOD, where he was the CFO and a key member of the team that transformed the organisations customer focus and cash generation capabilities.
Sunil Shah - Legal Counsel & Company Secretary
Sunil joined NSL in October 2009 and is responsible for all aspects of our legal, insurance, pension and secretarial functions. He has six years post qualified experience in the corporate department of a major city law firm and two years experience as general counsel of a private equity firm including experience of public procurement work. Sunil is an expert in all legal aspects of EU public procurement procedures and admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
Nigel Coltman - Executive Director Central Government and Airport Services
Nigel joined NSL in 2005 and is responsible for coordinating the provision of services to central and regional government and airports. This includes the strategic direction and overall performance of our Northern Ireland, Transport for London Taxi Licensing and Inspection, Government Business Processing, Debt Recovery, Airports, DVLA and Validation Solutions operations.
Nigel has experience working with government bodies since 2005 holding a number of senior management positions within the sector. Prior to this Nigel worked for Central Parking System and Whitbread where he gained valuable insight in management and customer care.
Mark Hoskin - Executive Director Local Government Services
Mark rejoined NSL in 2012, having also worked for NSL between 2003 and 2008. Mark is responsible for over 60 local government contracts across the UK and over 4,000 colleagues. Prior to this Mark was Chief Operating Officer for our local government team, Regional Manager and Operational Manager. Mark also worked for Mouchel, Central Parking System and Rochford District Council.
Mark Raisbeck - Executive Director Health Services
Mark is responsible for NSL’s Health Sector, which provides patient transport services across the UK He leads a team of over 1,000 people who work with the NHS to help eligible patients to and from hospitals and other points of care.
Mark joined NSL as Managing Director of the company’s award-winning technical design consultancy, Project Centre, in 2007. In 2012 Mark was also tasked with overseeing NSL’s group wide strategy. Throughout 2014 he played a key role in the implementation of new contracts within the Health Sector, taking leadership of the team at the start of 2015.
Mark’s previous roles include Operating Group Director at Mouchel, and in local government at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Wandsworth Borough Council.
